BRASS PRESSURE REGULATORS
In my 35 years experience I have installed hundreds of professional grade irrigation valves and have stuck with two brands for good reason. They are built tough and are the easiest to operate.

PGV-075-ASV 3/4" anti-siphon
This is the 3/4″ model of Hunter’s anti-siphon valve. It can be easily operated at the controller or manually at the valve. It has threaded inlets and includes an AC solenoid.

ASV, PGV diaphragm
This diaphragm fits the 3/4″ and 1″ ASV anti-siphon valves and the 1″ PGV inline valves. It does not fit the old HPV inline valves.
PGV-101 1" inline
This is the 3/4″ model of Hunter’s anti-siphon valve. It can be easily operated at the controller or manually at the valve. It has threaded inlets and includes an AC solenoid.

This is the 1-1/2″ model of Hunter’s anti-siphon valve. It can be easily operated at the controller or manually at the valve. It has threaded inlets and includes an AC solenoid.
AC solenoid
This solenoid works on any Hunter sprinkler valve connected to an AC-operated controller. If your controller is battery-operated then you need the DC solenoid.
Be sure to use watertite wire nuts.

ICV-101 1" inline
This is the 1″ ICV inline valve. It has a glass-filled reinforced design which will withstand over 600 PSI.

This is the 1-1/2″ ICV inline valve. It has a glass-filled reinforced design which will withstand over 600 PSI.
ICV-201 2" inline
This is the 2″ ICV inline valve. It has a glass-filled reinforced design which will withstand over 600 PSI.

This is the 3″ ICV 3-way valve. It has a glass-filled reinforced design which will withstand over 600 PSI.

1" x 3/4" PVC male adapter
This is the special fitting mentioned in the Best Irrigation Valves video that can be tough to find. It can be used with 1″ valves to reduce down to 3/4″ pipe.

2711APR 3/4" anti-siphon
This is the 3/4″ model. It is probably the most widely used anti-siphon valve in the industry. The handle attached to the solenoid is for turning on the valve manually. Do that sparingly to make the valve last longer.

diaphragm for 2500 and 2700 series
This is the diaphragm assembly that fits the anti-siphon valves and 2500 series inline valves. It will NOT work on the 2400 series jartop valves. See the Best Irrigation Valves video for details.

811 AC solenoid
This solenoid works on any Irritrol sprinkler valve connected to an AC-operated controller. If your controller is battery-operated then you need the DC solenoid.

BALL VALVES
Spears 3/4" PVC schedule 80 slip ball valve
This is the 3/4″” model. This is my preferred ball valve. It’s compact, has an easy handle to turn. Many others get difficult, if not impossible, to turn over time. I also prefer slip over thread since there is no chance of leaking if installed properly.

BRASS PRESSURE REGULATORS
Zurn Wilkins NR3XL 3/4" brass pressure regulator
This is the 3/4″ model. It has a 25 to 75 lb. range and includes two unions but this design also has female threads built in.
